Alex began her lettings career as a negotiator for the Dorset Lettings franchise in East Dorset, which she and her partner bought out and re-branded as Home Lettings. Five years later the flourishing agency was successfully sold to Goadsby and Harding (now Goadsby).
Scarlett began her career as a Lettings Negotiator for Mains Amis Estates and was promoted to Senior Negotiator in less than a year. From there she was offered a position as Branch Manager of Anthony James where she won the very competitive Negotiator of the Year award.

Caroline joins Berkeley Way fresh from a stint travelling around South East Asia. She has always loved to travel, and after her degree in Exercise, Nutrition and Health she spent a season in the Alps as a chalet host, before setting off for more exotic climes.
Laura has joined Berkeley Way as a recent Law graduate from Lancaster University. She has also recently relocated from the North and now resides in Central London. This is Laura's first venture within the property sector and we are delighted to welcome her to the team.
