We charge competitive fees
We charge you a fair fee for the administration of starting a tenancy - not like some agents who charge almost half a month’s rent.
Our fees are:
Reference fees: £35.00 per person plus VAT
One off admin fee: £100.00 per property plus VAT

We offer rewards for referrals
We offer an incentive scheme for anyone who can refer other tenants to Berkeley Way.
We can arrange cleaning and odd jobs
To make life go more smoothly once you’re in, we can give you our list of recommended cleaners and our own odd job man.
We organise networking events
Over the course of your tenancy we’ll invite you to evening events where you can get to know new people.

At the outset, we send you a welcome pack with useful information and some essentials you’ll need for your first few days - like basic toiletries and staple kitchen products.
